Family Constellation offers a concrete solution for breaking unconscious family patterns. Traumatic events can imprint our family system for generations. Family members unconsciously repeat the sufferings of the past with illness, depression, anxiety, fears, failed relationships and addiction.

Carl Jung says: “ Nothing has a stronger influence psychologically on their environment and especially on their children then the unlived life of the parent”.

Thich Nhat Hanh encourages reconciliation: “ When you get angry with your father ( or mother), you get angry with yourself. We have to breathe in and out and find reconciliation. This is the only path to happiness.”

Rejecting our parents only brings us suffering. What we reject in them will often live on in us or show up in our partner. The path toward peace is to make peace with our parents, even if they are deceased. A family constellation can make this possible.
